Healing alongside other people
Two 8-week groups are forming for mid-January 2027, both held in person at my Suffern, NY office and limited to 8 members each.
Group work is not a substitute for individual therapy. It is designed to sit alongside it, offering support, resourcing, and a place to practice being present with other people who understand something of what you are carrying.
The two groups now open
Restoring Resonance and Resilience
The 3 Rs Support Group, for adults healing from childhood parental neglect, misattunement, or related attachment wounds. One weekday evening per week.
Rooted and Rising
A Guided Circle for Growth and Connection, for adult women healing from childhood sexual abuse. One weekday evening per week.
How both groups are run
The two groups address different experiences, but they are built the same way.
- 8 weekly sessions of 90 minutesEach session runs in two 45-minute halves: a guided activity, then facilitated talk
- Eight members at mostSmall enough that everyone has room, in person at my Suffern, NY office
- A screening interview firstThere is no online sign-up. Joining begins with a conversation
- Concurrent individual therapy requiredThe group complements that work rather than replacing it, and I communicate with your individual therapist
- No requirement to disclose details“I pass” is always a complete answer, and there is no confrontation between members
Pricing for either group
Both groups are priced the same.
$1,300
Covers all 8 group sessions, the initial screening, a check-in, and communication with your individual therapist.

Curious if this feels like the right fit?
I invite you to start with a consultation. There is no pressure, just a conversation to see whether working together makes sense.
